    Our experience with Larry Candido has been positive in all respects, from his detailed advice regarding the original listing price, to his valuable suggestions for staging, to the great pictures he took for the multiple service listing. Not only were we able to sell our townhouse in less than two weeks (in a complex where other townhouses have sat for months without sale), Larry successfully engineered and then professionally dealt with a multiple offer situation in such a manner that we ended up getting thousands over our original list price.     We have had several very smooth real estate transactions while living in Edmonton and Larry Candido was our one and only choice as an agent.
